Frequently Asked Questions

1. I am an exhibitor. How do I submit my pricelist / flyer / leaflet / brochure?
   Submission is free! At the bottom of the page describing the event, there is a form allowing you to upload a pricelist. See guidelines below. Please submit EARLY. Alternatively, email us at itfairsubmissions [at] bootstrike dot com.
   
   If you require us to embargo the flyers, let us know. Subscribe to our mailing list to receive alerts on when we start covering events and accepting pricelists. We can't stress how important it is to submit your flyers early rather than on the day of the event.
2. What are the stars on the images for?
   Clicking on the star will make it gold, indicating it that you have made it a Favourite. You can view all your favourites by clicking on "My List" at the top of the page. To clear all your favourites, click the Clear all link at the My List page.
3. I am an exhibitor. I followed your instruction in the FAQ above but there is no submission form at the page?
   Most likely you are submitting too early. We usually open the submission form 1-2 weeks before the actual event. Alternatively, email us at itfairsubmissions [at] bootstrike dot com.
4. General guidelines for pricelist, flyer and brochure designs?
   From our past show experiences so far, here are some suggestions
   
   1. Please indicate booth numbers in EVERY page so that potential customers can find you easily. If there is 2 pages in one page (i.e. A3 size), please indicate booth numbers at both sides of the page since we generally split the pages into 2 over here.
      
   2. Please submit the original digital print artwork version (normally PDF) for best quality conversion at our end. By digital, we don't mean scanning the printed flyer into a PDF version. We mean the document that you sent to the print company for mass printing. If the file is too big, you can use MediaFire.com to upload the file and then send us the share URL. This allows us to zoom in to details and convert the fine print clearly.
   3. Finally, please submit the flyers as EARLY as possible so that we can process them quickly. Besides having your flyers processed quickly, your submissions will appear more prominent among fewer items as compared to more than the 400 images when the fair begins.
      
   If you require us to embargo the flyers until a specific time, let us know. We are a registered company in Singapore and keep to our promises. You may also want to opt in to our mailing list to receive alerts on when we start covering events and accepting pricelists.
   
   To update a flyer's prices or with out of stock notices, we recommend posting a comment on the page where the flyer is shown.
5. I am an exhibitor. Why is my flyer not here?
   Most of the time, it's because we did not receive it or get it in our rounds. We strongly recommend you to submit your flyers and brochures days before the show starts so that we can prepare them for publication when the show begins.
6. Who is your web hosting company?
   Our servers are managed by Dreamhost. They're cool. Not to mention their comprehensive control panel not seen anywhere else, because it is fully developed by them.
