Hi, though is too late to comment, cos i just came back from the same promo.. we was in the first 5.. we q abt 6hr.. was not happy cos was being given wrong information on the promo.. i took the same S10, if you look at the given brochures clearly, they didnt state that you need to pay for the dongle inorder to enjoy the mobile interent 1mbps.. they have a very small ^^ stated below that you only need to pay for the sim card.. i was being told the same from the staff yesterday.. and i confirmed with more then 3staff all telling me the same thing.. i ONLY need to pay for the sim card.. therefore i came early today to join in the q just to hope that i am one of the lucky 50 ppl to get the sure win gift... I was then told that i need to pay for the dongle inorder to use the 1mpbs... i was so frustrated but agree to pay for it since we already q for it and also i want the net book.. after that i make a feedback to one of the IC incharge.. as usual they will just apologies for any wrong infor and offer to cancel for me if i decided not to take up.. I know that if i dont want they are not worry as they are hundred or thousand of ppl q for the freebies.. but is this the way they just treat the customer?? i been their subscriber for more then 6 or 8 yrs.. no doubt after that the IC offer to give me some discount.. i also understand this is the best he can help... i also must understand they have hire many temp staff... all is all the understanding... sigh

YouSing (1 posts)	Got the free S10 redemption note only, have to wait till July then can get the set, too long leh! Queued for more then 5 hours to complete the registration, very messy and substandard process control:(
