Agreed with DIR655 User. I got it free from StarHub as part of MaxOnline promotion and "free" stuff are supposed to breakdown after short use. Mine still works fine after 1 year. Configuration is difficult though for the amateur... Getting electronics stuff is just like striking ToTo... Buying the most expensive brand doesn't necessarily guarantee good quality; I have known a Sony TV set failing after just 1 day. Last edited by AndyTan 14 Jun 2009 .

DIR655 User (1 posts)	The user who complained of DIR-655 must be an uninformed one. I've been using it for years and have no problems with it. Currently hosting games on Battle.Net successfully. You'll need configuration on your part and do not expect port forwarding to work out of the box.This router is more suited for power users.

Bought DNS-323 without HDD last Nov 2008 pc show at Expo, only S$199. Customer service is the lousiest. I call them coz i can't detect it in my network and the guy say it can't be solved and give me all BULLS%&@T. I manage to solve the problem through reading the forums on the net. I find this unit useful and working fine for me. i can watch the movies that i store there through my PS3 oso.. If u dun mind the customer service and willing to pay extra S$50 (instead of price going down), i can say, just go ahead.

Thay (1 posts)	I am actually aiming for DNS-343 for quite a long time but looks like there is no discount for it. Furthermore 343 doesnt have bittorrent as compared to 323. I might go for buffalo linkstation quad instead.
