Anonymous Unregistered	Hi All, Can anyone teach me how to do setting for this HW 550 3G router modem? bought it during PC show 2010, when I connected my my existing Starhub modem, the speed is very slow and can'tr access to IP address to do setting. Regards Andy

Anonymous Unregistered	1.check if your usb modem is compatible. 2.setup is a bit complicated.Choose>M1 then>Sunsurf then>Copy the dial-up no. (showing EXACTLY what's indicated on your pc's modem setup). 3.You can put a password so others wont be able to hitch a ride on your wireless network. 4.If all else fails>Go to their website and update your 3G modem firmware(I did and works perfectly fine on my two laptops).

Anonymous Unregistered	Updated my firmware(remember to use the backup option on your modem so as not to delete the original software as i did).I connected two laptops thru wireless once.But then it stopped.Maybe the connection thru mobile broadband is unstable(as of late still unable to use).Try using LAN option if you're using mobile 3G broadband as I did till now.Works perfectly good.

Anonymous Unregistered	bought one HW550 router at challenger at almost the same price with free usb. Able to connect my 3g modem. Had to use lan to share internet with other pc's. you can connect thru wireless but no internet connection.Updated the firmware also.
